Where practical, schools may provide pseudonyms, e.g. student ID numbers instead of names for events or competitions.
- We may collect information regarding student names, email addresses and class teacher names for our Multiple Choice Competition, when this is run on a software platform.
- Students are not required to log in using their school password – event passwords are provided for the event. If required, schools can provide this information as a list of student numbers and class numbers rather than names.
- Prize winner names are identified to the QETA Management Committee for transparency purposes, and to the University of Queensland for prize purposes only.
